HR Payroll Junior Officer

We are Hiring (Immediate Vacant)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll accurately and on time, including calculations for overtime, bonuses, and deduction etc.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR2000 system
- Provide general administrative and HR support
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and Payroll processes
- Familiar in SOCSO claim cases
- To complete any other tasks assigned by superior / management
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration or related field
- Familiar in HR2000 is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
