**RESPONSIBILITIES**

a) The preparation and maintenance of administrative documents such as invoices, credit notes, statements of accounts, and commission claims. You are also responsible for maintaining records of the Company’s productions and collections.

b) The maintenance of clients’ files and database system. Set-up and upkeep of easy retrieval filing system of correspondence and documents. Ensure the confidentiality of records and documents.

c) Report to the Principal and assist in HR related matters and to be in charge of payroll administration and oversee the administration of employee statutory requirements i.e. prepare Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax.

d) Liaise with Manager and Heads of Department in terms of various reports and documentations.

f) Monitor and manage day-to-day office upkeep and maintenance.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
