**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY**:
1. Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.

2. Managing and updating company databases.

3. Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.

4. Maintaining financial and client records.

5. Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

6. Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.

7. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

8. Performing other duties as assigned.

9. Work with Sales and Solution Team to help plan, develop and execute the finalization of proposal or tender.

10. Provide pre-sales support on customer opportunities which could include customer meetings, understanding and documenting customer requirements, producing high-level design documentation including network diagrams and providing technical input on proposals and tender responses.

11. Will be involved in Servicing and Maintenance Team when required.

12. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, cooperate and communicate with contractor and Project Team.

13. Reporting to the Assistant Office Manager.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma Business Administration or Business Management or Accounting and Finance Management.
- Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel
- Meticulous, systematic and willing to work long hours

**Salary**: From RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
