Job Description:
- Handle all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding arrangements, employee relations, payroll, government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax, employee compensation and benefits,
- Responsible for office management, office leasing and maintenance of renovation projects, including procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, maintenance of office equipment, regular housekeeping, and supplementation of office supplies.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Perform any temporary tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above; 3-5 years of human resources related work experience; familiar with Malaysia's national and other employment-related regulations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strict discipline, careful and responsible,
- Hard-working, mature, and capable strong organisational skills; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage time effectively;
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
