Recruiter HR Executive

To plan, propose and execute recruitment activities.
- To fully responsible for pre-recruitment including pre-screening, interview arrangement, references check and handling induction program.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Familiar with the latest recruitment trends and industry and/or market remuneration package by participating actively in salary/benefits survey.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Performs all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree / diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or in any related field.
- At least 1 year above of working experience in talent sourcing.
- Comfortable meeting people, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of people.
- Good communication skills in **Malay **and English.
- Team player, good initiative, self-motivated, excellent self-discipline and able to work under pressure.
