**Responsibilities**
- Adopt effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking.
- Monitoring staff confirmation and performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate with the Department Head/Line Manager/ Manager/Dealer to conduct employee performance appraisal.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to minimize liability and risks.
- Maintain discipline and assist to solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration, develop strong relationships with department heads.
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources department, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Employee Relation & Industrial Relation.
- Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or in any related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Must be self-motivated, creative and an analytical problem solver.
- Detailed, well organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
