Job Descriptions
- To ensure that recruitment is in line with business unit's needs & organizational plan.
- Assist in the preparation of administration pertaining to new employees' onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring requirements.
- Conduct orientation programmed for all new hiring.
- Perform a wide variety of responsible clerical, technical, administrative, and office support duties in support of the Human Resources Department.
Requirement
- Minimum of entry level up to 1 year of HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Basic human resources functions and procedures.
- Methods and techniques for record keeping and filing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English (both written and oral)
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the Human Resources Department.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
