Job Descriptions

  • To ensure that recruitment is in line with business unit's needs & organizational plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of administration pertaining to new employees' onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring requirements.
  • Conduct orientation programmed for all new hiring.
  • Perform a wide variety of responsible clerical, technical, administrative, and office support duties in support of the Human Resources Department.

Requirement

  • Minimum of entry level up to 1 year of HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Basic human resources functions and procedures.
  • Methods and techniques for record keeping and filing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English (both written and oral)
  • Excellent time management, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the Human Resources Department.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
