JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process calculation of sales commissions and campaign incentives for various sales channels timely and accurately, and in the most efficient manner
- Tracking/ forecasting of commission/ sales campaigns budget against actual spend and to monitor spending to ensure it is within budget
- Prepare sales performance scorecards and track sales performance of all individual salesperson for respective sales channels
- Perform analysis of various sales channels’ performance vis-à-vis budget by vintage and teams, for respective channels
- Analyse sales campaign results and effectiveness for respective sales channels
- Monitoring trip wire reports to identify potential risks/fraud for respective sales channels
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports for sales team viewing within set timelines for respective sales channels
- Assist HOD in projects related to Sales/Performance Management
- Ensure all documents / submissions to HR, Finance & other related divisions meet the set requirements
- Ensure reports provided are accurate, and liaison between IT/vendor to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all administrative functions carried out by the department meet the set policies & procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma or STPM/SPM qualification with credits in Mathematics, preferably with 2 years of working experience in Administration/ Finance/ Accounting
- Proficiency in English (written) and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Can work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Intermediate / advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills)
