To ensure a positive customer relationship with the patients.
- To coordinate and manage the doctor's schedule along with the patient's availability.
- To explain all the issues related with the treatments and guide the patients properly.
- To send and follow up on all quotations to patients.
- To follow up and chase the patients for all pending payment.
- To prepare patient aligners in advance in preparation of their treatment.
- To be the patients 'best friend' throughout the customer journey and ensure a positive customer experience throughout.
- To prepare all paperwork necessary from an administration perspective.
- To fill up reports for the clinic.
- To follow up on customer enquiries.
- Other work related to the job that will be assigned if needed

**; Requirements**:
- Relevant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (will be a added advantage))
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree
