- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to utilize impressions/audiences, drive revenue, and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Effectively communicate campaign analysis by developing post campaign reports, case studies and visualization dashboards.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager etc.
- Explore ways to optimize the quality of existing audiences and launch various campaigns to create new potential audiences.
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Work with different teams from creative, marketing, sales/strategy and engineering teams to test initiatives and innovation.
- Assist HODs and Team leads in reviewing new yield opportunities and implementation of new yield solutions from testing, monitoring and evaluating new and current products to deliver best business outcomes.
- Manage and maintain external partnerships and vendors relationships for continuous business improvement

**Skills/Experience**:

- Previous work experience in a digital marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Deep understanding of data and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Outstanding presentation skills, a critical thinker and creative. Basic knowledge in photoshop, canva editing skills is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge in copywriting is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any Analytical, Marketing or relevant field.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
