- 掃描並填寫文件
- 處理一般管理任務,例如接聽電話、回覆電子郵件和管理信件。
- 協調和安排高階主管和員工的會議、約會和旅行安排。
- 與人力資源部門合作管理員工記錄、出席和休假安排。
- 根據指定的要求,進行研究並為各種項目提供行政支援。
- 根據需要向其他團隊成員提供支援和協助。
- 支持組織員工福利活動,如年會、公司郊遊、社交活動、團隊建立、企業社會責任活動等。
- 上級不時分配的任何其他職責。
要求:
- 有組織、有效率、能夠獨立工作、對細節一絲不苟。
- 精通馬來語、英語和華語。
- 願意獨立學習和工作,責任感強。
