Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia RICHIAMO COFFEE SDN BHD Full time

Responsible to build good rapport in retaining client for each outlet that will be opened soon.
- Be the focal point of contact to provide memo to client.
- Responsible to support clients/suppliers on operational related work.
- Responsible to create Purchase Order (PO) for each outlet by following the deadlines provided by the Leader.
- Consistently update the stock summary and check up with storekeeper team on stocks availability and to decide to issue quotation before deliver Delivery Order (DO) list.
- Responsible to update delivery dates by following the given timeline that set by the Leader.
- Prepare documentations for outlets that has made their stock ordering.
- Responsible to keep track on filling of all documentations received and to provide to clients. (Quotations, DO, and Invoices)
- Consistently maintain sending reminders to every clients.
- Responsible to create Quotations for Purchase Order that were send by clients.
- Responsible to print out DOs and Invoices to be provided to drivers for deliveries of goods and store team for their preparation of stocks to be delivered.
- Assist as backup for Coffee Booth launching and UTMKL Cafe.
- Assist on preparation of stocks for new outlets when instructed.
- Assist the Leader on summary of delivery routes.

**; Requirements**:
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to do multitask and to work well under pressure.
- Good command of language (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SQL Account.
- Fresh graduate is highly recommended to apply.
