As an Automotive Claim Advisor, you will be required to:

- Attend to customers' daily service needs in compliance to SST procedures
- Examine and record all details of customer's accident vehicle. Estimate repair of vehicle as accurately as possible
- Ensure all documents for insurance claim are submitted by customer, and are clear and complete. Upload documents on designated platform for insurance panels
- Update customer constantly on status of vehicle
- Promote cash jobs to customers
- Execute CS related duties and responsibilities
- Deliver vehicle to customer with all jobs done and walk-through repair work with customer

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in automotive related business or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to speak proficiently in English, Cantonese/ Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
