**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:

- Day to day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system.
- To handle AP/AR, bank statement, and other accounting functions.
- Prepare invoice, billing, payment postings and receipts.
- Support manager in preparation of various reports.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, secretary, banker, and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.

Administrative:

- Oversee day-to-day office activities, including handling correspondence, maintaining photocopier machine, pantry, and stationeries supplies.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as and when required.
- Manage parcel and stock packaging.
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance with minimum work experience.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Experience in using SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
