'¢ PAUT Coordinators/ Operator are responsible for ensuring the schedule, Details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various techniques and codes with standards to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to Level-III. '¢ Execute project clients' tasks. '¢ Maintaining and manage project procedures, equipment's calibration certificates and other necessary documents. '¢ Arrangements and manage project requirements scope of calibration and validation blocks details for third party approved documents. '¢ Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports. '¢ Support operation and team members to help them complete project tasks. '¢ Foster cross-team collaboration. Ensure project to be planned and executed from mobilization to demobilization in an efficient as per client requirements job scope.  Co-ordination with clients for documentation of the project & Overall co-ordination to the project group & Project Team  Co-ordination with Sub-Contractors for Detailed Drawings.  Maintain knowledge of Micros POS system including setup & maintenance  Carry out demonstration and procedure qualification of PAUT/TOFD/UT  To do Setup validation of PAUT/TOFD blocks and pipes.  Assures clear job setup, equipment's with accessories clear expectations for job scopes.  Evaluation Ultrasonic examination in Pressure Vessels, Structure, Piping & Other special requirements.  Preparation equipment and documentation necessary for the inspection/Auditing.  Maintain draft report format/template.  Site verification of PAUT activities & Reviews procedure and daily calibration records  Develops daily/weekly/monthly action plans to ensure all Company standards are met  Maintain company/clients' standards and guidelines with work timing.  Monitors work output in production of speed and quality.  Provides leadership and motivation by example, to personnel and supporting functions to achieve a dynamic and engaged team.  Assures clear job definitions and sets clear expectations for productivity and quality.  Monitors daily production schedules for meet client requirements.
