- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English averagely

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including replying to ig & wa
- Interact with walk-in customers
- Identify if there are any issues for newly arrive mobile phones / laptops
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare mobile phones / laptops for customer to self-collect after payment has been received online.
- Maintain and update in system for all outgoing sales

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 per month
