Familiar with SSM, Companies Act procedures
- Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
- Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Job Requirements**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous
- Fast pace working environment
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
