The Regional HR Shared Service Project & Process Specialist reports to the APAC & Middle East HR Shared Services Lead and works closely with the regional shared services leadership team to drive key projects, support, and maintain Shared Service’s businesses processes across the region. The position will also help develop and implement process improvements that support the global shared service and corporate’s People & Culture strategic initiatives. The assigned tasks will require a mixture of HR business processes understanding, analytics, data concepts related to HR, project management and collaboration skills.
**Job description
**Main Accountabilities:
1. Project Management
- Supports Regional Shared Services Lead on end-to-end project lifecycle activities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and trackers, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate project meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings as needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to agreed frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Communicate changes and project status.
- Support on developing change management strategies, assess project risks, issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Provide other projects administrative support as needed.
2. Regional Process Management
- Understand and document the complexity and variations of HR operational processes and workflows across countries and legal entities in the region.
- Identify process improvement and harmonization opportunities across HR processes by leveraging operational and performance data.
- Drive implementation of process enhancement initiatives/key projects and support change management across the firm as HR projects are implemented.

**A. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management or any related discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
B. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Good understanding of HR shared service processes and best practices.
C. EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a large-scale and complex multinational Shared Services environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, process mappings, and other project administrative procedures.
- Experience in PMO / business excellence-related roles, with HR knowledge/background.
- Prior experience in ServiceNow system implementation or any other HR transformations related project is preferred.
