**Job Summary**

To support the HR manager in the provisions of a high quality and professional HR services through effective administration of the HR department systems and procedures and by providing a recruitment and advisory service to managers and employees.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Receive in-coming telephone calls and transferring to the intended receiver and also to assist to make external telephone calls for designated staffs.
- In-charge of recording, receiving and delivering of inbound and outbound shipment In-charge of recording, receiving and delivering of incoming mails.
- Reception of guests and customers.
- Administration of iFlexi System. To update, maintain, verify data in the system on a regular basis.
- Responsible for issuance of employee number to the new employees and finger print scanning. - Administration of Leave Records.
- Administration and monitoring all aspect related to internal and external training management.
- To update, maintain, check and verify data in the Finger Scanning system.
- Monitoring the contract workers record and responsible in preparing monthly payment for contract workers.
- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or associated course.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws.
- Sound knowledge in iFlexi system.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Communications skills in English and Malay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
