Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting final round HR interviewing, where stipulated and feedback management.
- Managing the offer process - including providing up-to-date salary / rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date.
- Providing regular communication on all recruitment activity to the Management.
- Liaising with all levels of management to design strategies for volume hiring and resourcing strategies for hiring niche skills.
- Send job offer and answer queries about compensation, benefits, job scope, etc
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with management to identify future hiring needs
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Facilitate all levels of communication channels with staff and management level.
- Organize employee activities, which included (but no limit) annual dinner, christmas party, company trip, etc.
- Assist in other HR process when needed.
- Ensure job positions are filled within budget.
- Any ad-hoc task including PPT presentation for monthly meeting which is required by the management.
- Screen preliminarily talent profiles against provided responsibilities and requirements of open requisitions.
- Manage, monitor and guard the selection process, including interview arrangements, feedback consolidation, offer preparation, etc.
- Maintain data integrity of each talent on associated tracking documents and HR Information Systems.
- Consolidate and prepare periodic requisition summary report for designated teaM/Function/regions.
- Liaise with HR Executive and act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Job Highlights
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-cycle recruitment in a multinational company or recruitment agency.
- Strong track records of sourcing talents directly or through external talent platforms.
- Passionate, energetic, positive & innovative work culture. No politics.
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Mandarin, English & Malay
- Result-oriented person.
- Able to work in fast paced/stress environment.
- Able to work independently, aggressive and self-starter.
- Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City, Abdullah Hukum, Kuala Lumpur.
- Remuneration package (Basic Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus)
