**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customer complaint by understand the details and track the issue in timely manner.
- To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.
- Responsible to liaise and working closely with internal stakeholder to provide resolution back to customer within the expected timeframe.
- Identifying, tracking and escalating consistent or recurring issue as required.
- Able to provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
- Assist in improving and monitoring procedures & processes to ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
- Attend to customer upon insurance policy renewals.
- Demonstrate and provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.

**Requirements and skills;**
- Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese will be added advantage (Spoken & Read). Chinese Speaker to handle calls from Chinese speaking counterparts.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Strong problem solving ability.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own tasks as per given.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Communication level English is mandatory.
- Ability to go outstations (required).
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
