Account Executive Admin

**Description**
As an Account Executive, your pivotal role will involve providing essential support to the finance department.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support including handling accounts and various tasks.
- Monitor and control cash flow.
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors, addressing discrepancies.
- Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including vendor invoices. Monitor and manage petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, and process payments.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, keeping invoices and receipts updated.
- Maintain proper accounting records, filing all financial files, records, and relevant documents.
- Liaise with local authorities and external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and insurance agents.
- Undertake other duties as and when assigned by the management.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Able to work independently well under pressure
**Education and Experiences**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in Accounting or Finance or related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant accounting working experience.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
