**Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities**:
**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prepare the property development division’s companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose.
- Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control.
- Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules.
- Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities on related job matter.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience preferably in property development and construction company/public accounting firm.
- Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word/Preferably WIZ Accounting).
- Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accountancy/Finance: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
