1. To monitor in-flow of new shipments of intakes (tin ore and secondary)

2. To maintain and keep files under individual names of suppliers (invoices, B/L, etc.)

3. To upkeep reports on all suppliers, i.e. date of receipt, daily sales, details of weights and assay, etc.

4. To estimate and prepare provisional payments for all suppliers.

5. To estimate and register tonnage of metal for sales (returnable tin metal).

6. To check and confirm tolled stock available for warrant for foreign suppliers.

7. To prepare and arrange exchange of assays for foreign suppliers.

8. To prepare and finalize account sales.

9. To monitor and maintain MSC Commercial System Data entries and generate the reports in to the following modules:

- a. Contract - general, smelting charges, unit deduction, impurity charges.

b. Supplier assay.

c. Umpire assay.

d. Final adjustment assay - normal report, impurity report, impurity average report, average report.

e. Final statement - details and master, sales report, toll report.

f. Provisional assay and provisional statement.

10. To carry out any other clerical duties as instructed by Superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
