Job Overview

the Beauty product / skincare industry.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparation and recording of assets, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly closing, including preparation of journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other adjustments.
- Reconcile the Account Receivable and Account Payable ledger to ensure that all receipt and payments are posted up to date.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Assist in HR & Administration duties.
- Update and monitor employees’ leave record, e.g. annual leave, medical leave.
- To assist in recruitment activities, compensation & benefits, training & learning & other HR activities.
- Responsible for staff on/off-boarding.
- Maintain and update employees’ insurance information, e.g. addition / deletion of employees from insurance listing.
- Preparation of announcements / memos when requested
- Prepare all HR related letters and documents.
- Handle employee’ insurance medical claims, compensation claims from Socso.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
