Mid Valley City, Malaysia OCTOWILL TRUSTEES Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing full sets accounts
- manage all accounts payable (AP) related activities, prepare and process daily supplies invoice and payment transaction.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations statement
- Handling daily receipt processing function
- Handling daily data entry using SQL accounting system.
- To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to start immediately.
- Full LCCI higher, Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Able to handle full sets accounts with knowledge in SQL accounting software.
- At lease 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft excel, words and PowerPoint.
- Required language (s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400 - RM2,800 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Junior Executive

**Education**:

- Diploma in accounting

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years Of Accounting

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa and Mandarin (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
