Food Trainer

Plan and execute corporate health training sessions as required by the organization.
- Customize training programs to align with the unique needs and objectives of our diverse clinic network.
- Possess a valid Food Handler Trainer certificate.
- Hold an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer License.
- Proactively identify and assess training needs within the organization and among clients.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and relevant stakeholders to design and implement effective training initiatives.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for identifying training opportunities and addressing the evolving needs of clients.
- Engage with clinic staff to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Exhibit agility in adapting to new topics and training methodologies.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clinic managers and staff to understand their specific requirements.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with clinics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.
- Prepare and submit reports to the central office as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate health training initiatives into broader organizational goals.
- Work closely with the HR department and clinic managers to align training programs with employee development plans.
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance training skills and expertise.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or preferably in the medical or healthcare industry may be advantageous.
- Food Handler Trainer certificate.
- HRD Corp Accredited Trainer License.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Health in Malaysia
- Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate health training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new topics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships and secure sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. In Writing and Communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences as required on weekend
- Prefer have own transport for travel

**Salary**: RM3,033.91 - RM5,000.00 per month
