**Skop kerja dan Tanggungjawab**:

- Memastikan jumlah pekerja yang mencukupi pada setiap waktu operasi.
- Menjalankan taklimat pada setiap pagi sebelum menjalankan operasi bengkel.
- Mengawal motivasi semua pekerja dan mengekalkan budaya dan persekitaran kerja yang positif.
- Memastikan alatan kelengkapan yang mencukupi dan selamat mengikut keperluan di bengkel.
- Memastikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik diberikan kepada semua pelanggan tidak mengira status. Pastikan setiap masalah pelanggan diselenggara dengan baik.
- Memantau dan memastikan operasi di bengkel berjalan lancar.
- Bekerjasama dengan admin cawangan dan pihak pembelian syarikat dalam memastikan inventori terkawal dan mencukupi.
- Memastikan bengkel sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih dan teratur mengikut konsep 5S yang telah ditetapkan.
- Berurusan dengan pelanggan.
- Membantu kerja - kerja pembaikan kereta jika perlu.

**Kelayakan**:
1. Pengalaman minimum 7 tahun dalam bidang automotif (teknikal) termasuk pengalaman pengurusan.

2. Berpengalaman dalam kerja - kerja servis & baik pulih kenderaan conti menjadi satu kelebihan.

3. Diploma atau ijazah dalam industri automotif atau berkaitan.

4. Kemahiran komunikasi yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

5. Boleh mula serta-merta / dalam masa yang singkat akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.

**Kriteria tambahan**:

- Berdisiplin dengan kehadiran yang memuaskan.
- Boleh bekerja dalam satu pasukan dan bekerja secara berdikari.
- Mempunyai penampilan dan perwatakan yang menarik dan kemas.
- Boleh bekerja mengikut arahan.
