**Create and Maintain Displays**:
Set up and maintain product displays in customer retail shops to attract customers and drive sales.

Ensure products are displayed according to the supplier's standards and guidelines.

Regularly update displays to reflect new products, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns.

**Monitor Inventory Levels**:
Check inventory levels in retail shops to ensure products are adequately stocked.

Identify low-stock items and communicate with supply chain teams for timely replenishments.

Conduct regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

**Handle Product Returns**:
Manage returns and defective products according to supplier policies.

Ensure returned products are processed and restocked or disposed of appropriately.

**Support Retail Staff**:
Assist retail store staff with product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

**Develop Retail Relationships**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and employees to facilitate effective merchandising.

Act as the primary point of contact between the supplier and retail stores to address concerns and opportunities.

Train store staff on product features, benefits, and display techniques.

**Engage with Customers**:
Interact with customers in retail shops to provide product information and answer questions.

Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and merchandising strategies.

**Track Sales and Inventory**:
Monitor and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and display effectiveness in retail shops.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
