**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs to prevent shortages.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Restock shelves and display areas to maintain adequate inventory levels and optimize sales opportunities.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy. Identify any damaged or defective items and take appropriate action, such as returning to the supplier or initiating a replacement order.
- **Organization and Cleanliness**: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Arrange products neatly on shelves and ensure proper signage and labeling for easy customer navigation.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for staff and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
