Attend to customer enquiries politely and professionally. 5. Plan, prepare and devise work schedule, according to budgets and workloads. Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work; Ex: Production/ Purchasing/ Finance Department. 8. Device and implements ways to enhance process workflow & customer experienced. 9. Maintain and efficient processing system within the territory/ sales team. 10. Costing calculation and prepare quotation to customer.
