Personal Assistant

Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks including co-ordination of office setup and handling of company errands.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, appointments, reports, Power Points presentation slides, paper works and tracking. Write and issue accurate minutes for meetings.
- Maintain proper filing system and record-keeping of information.
- Handling travel and accommodation arrangement i.e., flights, hotel reservations, and others, Provide support to Director for all areas including secretarial duties, personal admin and confidential matters
- To coordinate and maintain Director schedules/calendar, to arrange appointments, meetings (internal and external)
- Ensure effective appointments and time management to achieve a smooth flow of Director’s schedules.
- Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, response to inquiries and workflow.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
- To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documents.
- Any others duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of company business.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or related field
- Can work independently and able to work under dateline
- Can speak and write English and Bahasa Cina (mandatory)
- Purchasing experience as the added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
