**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for Interns, Data Entry who will be responsible to support to assist members of the global payroll team, AP team and vessel accounting group to perform data entry and project related tasks. This person will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, team a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.

Report to: Senior Accounting Manager
**What You'll Responsible For**:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Compile and organize data for various projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and security of all data entered systems.
- Assist with project-related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to create reports tailored to specific project requirements.
2. Accuracy and Precision:
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry and reporting activities.
- Validate and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
3. Timely Task Completion:
- Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges to the project team.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the stipulated deadlines.
**What Experience and Skills Required**:
- We open to any related field, Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and/or Commerce would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Time Management.
