**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to define project updates and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, while considering all necessary factors.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Client Communication**:_
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, updates, and expectations.
- Provide timely and accurate project status reports, addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:_
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, which includes the issuance of purchase orders and work orders, project plans, progress reports, schedules, post-project evaluations, and client communications.
- Prepare regular project status reports to update internal stakeholders and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented and Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in speaking Japanese or Mandarin is an additional advantage.
