Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Security Responsibilities:
Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.

Monitor and control access to the facility.

Enforce security policies and procedures.

Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms.

Visitor Management:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitor activity.

Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitors.

Emergency Response:
Act as a point of contact in emergency situations.

Follow established protocols for evacuations and emergency procedures.

Liaise with local authorities as needed.

Surveillance and Monitoring:
Utilize security cameras and surveillance equipment to monitor the premises.

Report and document any suspicious activities or incidents.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records related to security activities.

Generate reports on security incidents, patrols, and other relevant data.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to address security and administrative needs.

Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
