**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Scheduler**:

- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
- Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
- Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice
- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
- Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control
- Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity
- Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
- Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
- Developing conceptual models for Business Capability traceability matrix to explain processes to all levels of users
- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution

**Special Officer**:

- Reporting and support the HOC in his daily work in a wide variety of areas - including preparation for meetings, development of presentation materials and speeches, assisting in managing, planning and execution of key strategic events that the HOC participates in
- Coordinates, supports execution and completion of strategic projects and programmes according to strict deadlines and budgets, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives
- Involved in a wide variety of events / meetings involving management, press interviews, investors, partners, credit rating agencies, clients, sporting activities, charitable events and other professional commitments
- Act as a point of contact between HOC and department heads when necessary
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters relating to the Company to ensure that deadlines are met on an on-going basis, and any other duties & responsibilities assigned by HOC

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Property Management / Business Administration / Finance / Investment / Economy / Real Estate / PMP
- Project management and organisational skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good in technical & business writing & reports
- Good presentation skills
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
- The ability to analyse sales figures
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
