Job Responsibilities
- To maintain and develop trust-based business partnerships with potential and existing business partners (affiliates, publishers, media buyers etc).
- To identify opportunities and expand partnerships with existing and new business partners.
- To promote company products to local and global market Cost Per Action (CPA) campaigns through affiliate marketing.
- To oversee CPA advertising campaigns, spending, sales numbers of the countries assigned.
- To manage marketing spending, and ensure the investment is within targeted e-CPA goals, which are in line with healthy Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and achieve Return on Investment (ROI).
- To provide 24/7 online support on time for any issue occurring.
- To provide campaign analysis inputs to business partners, and the company for performance development, optimization, and improvements.
- To analyse data reports, and monitor performance of traffic trends, campaigns conversion rate, affiliates performance trends, optimization etc.
- To take proactive action in solving the campaign inquiries and daily issues.
- To prepare the advertisement campaign spending reports for the affiliate’s partners reviewing.
- To assist in any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and Marketing or its equivalent.
- Result oriented and sales growth mindset.
- Highly proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Good in data enhancement and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced and highly flexible environment in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
- A good team player who can work with the teams and independently.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
