Min 3 years Sales Experience serving Industrial Oil & Gas./ Project
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Good problem solving and analytical skills
A strong team player with good planning and interpersonal skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently, self-motivated
Possess valid driving license and own transport
Willing to travel
**Job Scope**:
- To manage, develop and grow customer base to achieve sustainable volume growth and profitability
- To formulate and implement a marketing plan to meet defined goals and objectives
- To identify, plan and forecast opportunities through sales pipelines management
- To meet annual sales target for both company & its Principal
- To participate with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches to develop and drive opportunities
- Handling customer inquiries, customer coverage, sales pursuit & follow-ups
- To prepare and deliver a technical presentation explaining product or service to customer and prospective customer
- To prepare technical proposals and quotations that are accurate, technically verified and in line with customer requirements.
- Manage equipment and production processes
- Manage production output based on delivery schedule to customers
- Drive production process and product quality improvement
- Ensure product quality meet standards before order fulfillment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to comply to production processes
- Manage, plan and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Adhoc requirement
- Provide Technical Assistance to customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
