**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Clean all offices and meeting rooms: floors, desks, shelves, glass doors, windows (from inside) and surface of office equipment.
- Clean all common areas and storages: reception area and corridors.
- Empty all waste paper bins and shredder trays to the designated places.
- Ensure that the furniture in offices, meeting rooms and reception area is arranged in the required manner at all times.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing cups, glasses and plates, water, tea and coffee.
- Preparing tea and coffee and serving those as required, clearing and collecting used cups and washing those, keeping pantry kitchen clean and in order.
- The cleaning of toilets is excluded as it is provided by the building management.
- To maintain pantry cleanliness and tidiness and also beverages are enough all the time.
**Requirements**:
- Have experience is added advantages
- Can speak Malay & English
- Can work in Jalan Sg Besi
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
