**Where is the Company Now?**
We have grown from 3 to 15 people in one year and greatly diversified our offering. The plan is to grow to 20+ people by year end and over 30 people by the end of next year We are now in a lean growth mode, looking to onboard similarly-minded people and make sure our clients are always happy and keep coming back while strengthening our service level.
**Role Overview**
Responsible for planning, launching and managing KOL/Social Media/Media Buying campaigns. You are also requires to work with social media influencers and clients.
This role allows you to grow in the art of project management, managing timelines and expectations + negotiating your way out of a bad situation; Let's be honest; anything that can go wrong will go wrong in a campaign. What matters is how we recover from it.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Management_
- Responsible for maintaining excellent client communication at all levels; defining deadlines and service agreements whilst ensuring these are met consistently by the team
- Research and prepare case studies on cool ideas for potential client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with the client's objectives and requirements to drive business growth.
- Media Relations_
- Participate in events, network sessions, and other activities during/outside of regular work hours to generate leads and increase awareness of the company.
- Guides the team in formulating rapid responses to breaking news on behalf of clients, reacting quickly to emerging stories in line with client profiles
- Content_
- Oversee the execution of campaigns
- Team Work and Development_
- Manages the team, including coaching, supervision, assessment and review of junior team members
- Sets team objectives on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Defines and positions deliverable client objectives with the CEO and finance team
- Reporting & Analysis_
- Ensures that all activity and weekly recap are reported back to the client: providing insights and analysis across all aspects of the account
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set.
- General_
- Take a proactive role in promoting REFORM on it's brand, work, values and identity
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies
**Requirements**:
- Relevant B2B, sales, and/or account management experience of at least 3-5 years in any industry (Media/Advertising/KOL industry is preferred)
- Excellent English in writing, speaking and presenting (This is a **must**)
- Curious and quick learner.
- Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns) and ability to achieve tight deadlines
- Understanding of the local market and opportunities for growth
- Able to troubleshoot team and client problem areas - suggesting a course of actions
