Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist HoD on team management
- Assist Service Department as a point of contact for customers’ inquiry and service demand such as equipment issues, repairs and maintenance services
- Manage and coordinate with warehouse to deliver to customers
- Cross Department coordination to liaise with warehouse and HQ for the issuing spare parts from/to customers
- Service Contract Handling (Preventive Maintenance)
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Experience with any CRM tools (ServiceMax, SalesForce, Dynamics 365 etc.)
- Multi-tasking skills and able to handle stress
**Salary**: RM3,542.17 - RM5,087.96 per month
