The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of AXA Group Operations ‘People Acquisition & Branding’ Team in their day-to-day sourcing & recruiting activities.

**Define **the** sourcing strategy**:

- Drive the ‘intake meetings’ in collaboration with the recruiter and hiring manager to collect all the requirements about the role
- Provide the minutes of the ‘intake meeting to all parties
- Post job vacancies on our internal and external tools
- Ensure regular follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy
- Provide insights on the local labor market
- Schedule and arrange interviews with hiring managers and team members

**Reporting**:

- Regularly provide activity reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status

**Your Profile**
**Profile**
- 2 years’ experience working as headhunter or recruiter (Graduated welcome as well if relevant internships in the field) in search firms or in international companies
- Familiar with IT/Tech/Cybersecurity industries
- Totally fluent in English (any other languages such as French and Spanish is a plus)

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Knowledge of Boolean operators to find the right talents on the different platforms
- Proactive, dynamic and strong organizational/time management skills
- Able to handle high volumes of open positions as well as short deadlines
