Customer Service Executive

Are you a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills? Join our dynamic team at DWS Wealth Partners Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
**What you will do**:
2) Assist general inquiries from Advisors and members of the public.
3) Relay comprehensive information about our products and services.
4) Close sales deals, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
5) Support in office administration and other projects such as UAT Testing.
6) Be involved in customer event planning and roll-out.
**What are we looking for**:
1) 3 years of working experience in Customer Service and Asset Management environment
2) Possess good problem-solving skills.
3) Service oriented and good communication skills.
