**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the **retail industry within Malaysia**. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase sales, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the retail landscape in Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

2. Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across various marketing channels.

4. Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, promotions, partnerships, and advertising campaigns to attract foot traffic to retail locations and increase sales.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

6. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results while maximizing ROI.

7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, merchandising, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

9. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data and reports to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management roles within the retail industry, with a track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behaviour in Malaysia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,562.58 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)

- Mandarin (required)
