A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of a restaurant. Maximizing the value of an appealing atmosphere in the restaurant requires a good bit of business savvy. His duties include hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems, and creating work schedules for restaurant staff. The responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily Front and Back the restaurant operations Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed Regularly review product quality and research new vendors and good suppliers Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Responsible to renew all the licenses pertaining to restaurant operation (e.g Business License, Bomba license, Halal Certificate, etc) Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Plan headcount and recruit the new restaurant crew Organize the shift schedule of the restaurant crew and supervise daily shift operations accordingly Monitor and keep track of all the restaurant crew's attendance and record of employment then report to headquarters every month for the payroll process Plan and organize the appropriate and suitable training for the restaurant crew for quality improvement Appraise and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth, restaurant events, and media social platform Skills: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in F&B line or similar role Extensive food and beverage knowledge Familiarity with restaurant management software Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Acute financial management skills Experience with long shifts Location: Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, Arau, Kulim, Bukit Tambun & Padang Serai
