**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- To conduct maintenance service in accordance to allocation by Workshop Job Controller.
- To conduct major maintenance or repair in accordance to respective skill level and training matrix.
- To punch “start” and “end” job to ensure the timing stated in “Labour Time Guide”.
- To conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting.
- To assist Service Advisor in inspection.
- To ensure all necessary steps such as “fender cover”, “seat cover”, etc is used before commencing any service maintenance or repair.
- To ensure job carried out using appropriate general mechanic hand tools and special service tools (SST).
- All repair jobs and diagnostic job must have accompanied with print outs from workshop manual.
- To assist Service Manager to do warranty investigation.
- To ensure working area and surrounding with always clean and free from clutter.
- To practice “Seiri, Seiton and Seiso” in the workshop.
- To ensure responsible and good quality job within the Isuzu standards in order to reduce / eliminate any come back jobs.
- To conduct One Round Inspection (“ORI”) on every single vehicle.
- To learn and conduct Preventive Maintenance Inspection (“PMI”).
- To assist in conducting on-site service at customers’ premise/workshop if necessary.
- To attend trainings as and when being assigned by the Service Manager.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks that assigned by supervisor/manager.

- _Menjalankan kerja penyelenggaraan mengukut peruntukan oleh Pengawal Kerja Bengkel (Workshop Job Controller)._
- _Menjalankan major maintenance atau kerja pembaikan dengan mengikut tahap kemahiran dan matrik latihan masing-masing._
- _Memastikan butang “start” dan “end” telah ditekan untuk memastikan rekod masa menunjuk dalam “Labour Time Guide”_
- _Menjalankan diagnostik elektrik dan mekanikal._
- _Membantu Service Advisor semasa pemeriksaan kenderaan._
- _Memastikan setiap langkah penting seperti “fender cover”, “ seat cover” dan lain-lain telah dilakukan sebelum memulakan kerja penyelenggaraan atau pembaikan._
- _Memastikan alatan mekanik umum dan Special Service Tools (SST) digunakan semasa menjalankan kerja._
- _Memastikan setiap tugasan pembaikan atau tugasan diagnostik ada lampirkan dengan workshop manual print out._
- _Membantu Service Manager melakukan siasatan waranti._
- _Memastikan kawasan kerja dan sekitarnya sentiasa bersih dan tidak berselerak._
- _Mempraktikkan "Seiri, Seiton dan Seiso" di bengkel._
- _Memastikan kerja yang dijalankan adalah berkualiti dalam piawaian Isuzu supaya tugasan sama yang dihantar balik ke bengkel (come back job) dapat dikuragkan atau dihilangkan._
- _Menjalankan One Round Inspection (“ORI”) kepada setiap kenderaan yang ditugaskan._
- _Belajar dan melakukan Preventive Maintenance Inspection (“PMI”)._
- _Membantu dalam menjalankan perkhidmatan di tapak (on-site service) di premis / bengkel pelanggang jika perlu._
- _Untuk menghadiri latihan yang diarahkan oleh Service Manager._
- _Mengendalikan tugasan tambahan yang diberikan oleh Penyelia / Pengurus._

- Able to communicate with customers and internal staffs in a professional manner.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure. (for example: tight deadline)
- Able to work on alternate Saturday.
- **(TERJEMAHAN) Keperluan Pekerjaan: -**_
- _Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Profesional (SKM Tahap 1, 2 atau 3) atau kelayakan yang sama taraf._
- _Sebaiknya calon ada minimum 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan._
- _Calon mesti mempunyai latar belakang kejuruteraan automotif asas._
- _Calon boleh menjalankan tugasan minor and major service dengan menggunakan kemahiran troubleshooting asas._
- _Calon dapat bekerja rapat di bawah semangat berpasukan._
- _Calon boleh menggunakan alat diagnostik asas dan alat pembaikan umum di bengkel untuk mendapatkan bacaan dan pengukuran yang tepat._
- _Mampu berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan kakitangan dalaman secara profesional._
- _Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan minimum dan di bawah tekanan. (contoh: tempoh kerja yang ketat)_
- _Boleh bekerja pada alternate Saturday._
- _Calon mesti memiliki Lesen GDL Kelas E yang masih sah._
