Overall responsibility - Responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, electronics, civil and structural aspects of the building and equipment of the Hotel. Assist the Resident Engineer in the day to day administration of the Engineering Department and operations matters relating to Engineering. Duties & Responsibilities: '¢ Coordinate and provide support to hotel operation needs. '¢ Responsible to operate, troubleshoot and repair all M&E equipment and installations. '¢ Helps to plan, operate and carry out any work that's related to electrical safety precautions and preventive maintenance. '¢ Help to train and maintain the standard of subordinates and work closely with them. '¢ Work closely with Resident Engineer, Engineering Supervisors and all Section Heads.
