Route planning on the orders and plan allocating orders to drivers (own truck & contractor);
- To notify and update client on the truck details & arrival time;
- Support loading plan and monitors loading process.;
- To check and tally quantity loaded as per load plan;
- To assist other accounts for planning.
- **Outbound Shipment**_
- To check update TMS system, track and trace driver deliveries;
- To print out DO for loading;
- To ensure no discrepancy during loading;
- To check carton quantity, stock transfer form, loading list before releasing trucks;
- To prepare outbound shipping documents for contractor to collect stocks from warehouse;
- To execute ship-out status and update inventory on a daily basis;
- To update TMS real time upon receiving feedback from drivers;
- To upload POD image into TMS;
- To prepare reports and KPI performance., present performance and KPIs achievements/failures;
- To coordinate with client and drivers on any special deliveries.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
