We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator at OSD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's online presence and driving customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including TikTok and Facebook, to attract potential customers and promote our network and security solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:_Generate innovative ideas for content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats, to effectively showcase our network and security services.
Plan, script, record, edit, and publish high-quality videos that highlight our products, services, and customer success stories.
Create visually appealing graphics and imagery that align with our brand identity.
- **Social Media Management**_:_ Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and responsive to customer inquiries.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase our online presence, attract followers, and drive engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
- **Content Calendar**:_Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and organized posting schedule across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- **Brand Consistency**:_ Uphold our brand identity and messaging across all content to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or a related role.
- Proficiency in video production, editing, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with network and security products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
