Monitor and follow through production process for quality improvement that help to reduce rejects and defects;
- Assist in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently according to schedule;
- Ensure that the machine is in good condition and operates in accordance with the set standards;
- Ensuring new and existing staff undergo training as directed by the employer;
- Report to the supervisor or employer if there are matters that will affect the quality of the product;
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by the management from time to time.
